An easier way to see these same trends is to visit the site of graphic illustrations of changes in Alabama, prepared by Auburn University and NASS in the "Ag Folio" site, available through the first button in the set at left. These graphs and maps generally only begin about 1950, the peak of agriculture in the US and Alabama, so they don't show the early situation. But they still give a good indication of the decline and subsequent diversification. Once in the Ag Folio site, the reader can choose for him/herself from among the many topics. A few of the topics are given direct access here, from the buttons to the left immediately under the major site button.

The last two buttons in the set give pictures of Alabama's rank in US agricultural production for major commodities, and the various proportion of exports from Alabama by various major commodities.
