Crop Systems Field Day July 12 at Tennessee Valley Research Station

BELLE MINA, ALA. -- The Tennessee Valley Research and Extension Center in Belle Mina will be the scene of a Crop Systems Field Day Wednesday, July 12. The event, set for 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., will be co-hosted by Auburn University and the John Deere Company.

Field day participants will have the opportunity to learn about new trends in cropping systems, equipment settings for peak performance and the latest in agricultural equipment and technology. Eight breakout sessions will provide information designed to help growers maximize profitability using the technology and practices available today.

Registration for the field day begins at 8 a.m. Registration is free and includes lunch.

The center is located on Limestone County 71 (Mooresville Road), five miles north of Exit 2 on Interstate 565. For more information, call Chet Norris at (256)353-3978.
