Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) in Atlanta, Ga., is approximately 100 miles from campus: Columbus, Ga., airport is 40 miles from campus; Montgomery, Ala., airport is 65 miles; Birmingham, Ala., airport is 130 miles. None is as accessible as the Atlanta airport.
Express 85 offers shuttle service for the 100-minute trip from the Atlanta Airport (888-238-7738). Vans run daily round trips between the airport and campus. Rental cars are available at the airport.
Groome Transportation provides shuttle service to the Atlanta airport (800-896-9928) from various locales .
Tiger Transit provides transportation around the Auburn University campus when classes are in session.
Across the street from the university is The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center (241 S. College St..; 334-821-8200 or 800-2-AUBURN). The University lnn is walking distance in downtown Auburn. The Crenshaw Guest House (371 N. College St.; 334-821-1131) offers suites at a moderate rate and a carriage house in the garden. One mile away is the Lexington Hotel University Convention Center (1577 S. College St.; 334-821-7001).

From I-85 (which runs from Atlanta, Ga., to Montgomery, Ala.), take Exit 51 onto U.S. Highway 29 N. This becomes College Street, which borders the campus. The campus is approximately 3 miles from I-85.
