that is 4 feet deep stocked with 1500 fingerlings. It does
not take into account fish losses which at times can be 10%
or more. Over the past 12 years farmers have reported an average
profit ranging from $500-$750 per cage per year. However,
some producers have exceeded $1500 profit per cage. |
